Keryssa Harrison is the absolute best and has been a godsend to our family! She goes above and beyond her duties. She encourages my elderly husband to do his daily physical therapy exercises. She even went to the extent of logging them, helping him track his progress and achieve his goals, especially with his balance, strength and walking. Not only does she provide assistance with his Activities of Daily Living, she's become a great companion and friend. Keryssa helps so much around the house and with Tom that I'm comfortable leaving him in her care, and have been able to go back to the office on a full-time basis knowing he's in good hands and is safe and being well cared for. Homewatch CareGivers of Ann Arbor was a top-notch and responsive partner in my parents' interim phase between Independent and Assisted Living. They provided outstanding customer service; made prompt adjustments to schedule, tasks, and caregiving as needed; and handled all Long-Term Care billing seamlessly. I was so impressed by how quickly they responded and how patient, kind, and efficient they were. We had an urgent situation with my Dad as he prepares for surgery, and they arranged help that same day. Grace answered our call right away and got us the support we needed. Their pricing structure was convenient and worked very well for our family. I’m so grateful I found them through ChatGPT and Google. Having their help during a stressful time has been such a relief.
