We have been using Homewatch for about three months and are completely satisfied. Their care givers are very reliable and personable. We highly recommend them.

I required a driver to take me home after a complicated procedure that was performed at a Twin Cities Hospital that prevented me from driving the busy and dangerous afternoon Interstate traffic. By not having a responsible adult with me upon "check in", the appointment would have been cancelled and delayed for at least another month to a future date the registration desk informed me! By pre-arrangment with Homewatch CareGivers, my Driver Ken, arrived with ample time to arrive for check-in and was flexible by an additional hour for my departure time! His driving was concise and drove the safest routes around known road construction areas to ensure no wasted travel time to meet my scheduled check-in appointment. I need to use Homewatch CareGivers again this coming winter for "escorted driver services" and will be making arrangements far in advance to request my hospital date and Ken, if possible, to be my appointed driver for both ways. Consider the effort for pre-arrangement worth my investment of money and personal confidence in his driving abilities!

Terri was a pleasure to get to know. She was always on time, did everything on her job list quickly and quietly, and also did many things she saw that needed being done also, and did them! I would recommend her highly. Lots of energy!

Both Bianca and Shauna were great. They were very patient with me while I decided if I really need someone to help me. As of now, I'm just not ready. When the time comes that I do need someone, I will certainly contact Homewatch Caregivers. Shauna and Bianca provided excellent customer care, and they should be acknowledged for it.

We have home watch for my husband who had a stroke . They are very good . My husband really likes Jim . I really like Reagan but they are all great .

Homewatch caregivers were available on very short notice to provide overnight care for my mom while on hospice. They were very skilled, knowledgeable, compassionate, and communicated well with family and facility caregivers. Kendra and her team earned our respect and trust and we are forever grateful to them for being there when we needed help at a difficult moment.

This company has given Dolores the most consistent care. They are available to assist with any questions and/or situations which need clarification. The best help we have received after 6 months of struggles with others. They are sincere and strive to provide excellent care. Thank you!

I just recently started using Homewatch CG and I'm happy to say that so far, I'm very pleased with the service. The staff is very professional. They make sure that the care of their clients are met. They sent a great caregiver for my husband.

I received great service from my caregiver. Its unfortunate that they were understaffed and couldn't continue with the services I was recommended for.

I'm impressed with the CAN DO attitude of this company. The administration specializes in over-communicating to make sure that our articulated needs are met. The caregivers, to a person, have been helpful and dedicated to our care. That's a tall task in their industry.

Wonderful team and very friendly! Marsal was instrumental with the care of our father as he started hospice. We were reassured immediately knowing his wealth of experience in caregiving. From the first call I placed, everyone I spoke with was so kind. We were referred by the CentraCare palliative care team. The intake and scheduling process was smooth and allowed us to achieve our goal of keeping our dad at home.
