I had the privilege of working for Homewatch CareGivers of Germantown, and I can't say enough good things about the owner, Emma Morgenstern. Emma leads with genuine compassion, not just toward clients but toward her caregivers as well. She creates a workplace where you feel valued, supported, and set up to succeed, and that care translates directly into the quality of service clients receive. When I relocated to Houston, Emma went above and beyond by personally recommending me to other companies, including the Homewatch office where I now work. That kind of support after an employee leaves says everything about her character and integrity. If you're looking for home care for a loved one, or a caregiving career with a leader who truly invests in her people, Emma and her team are the absolute best. Highly recommend!
Homewatch CareGivers of Germantown provided important Rehab Center to Home transition. I needed assistance in bathing, and towel drying. I was very weak and Karim offered good care for me, watching my every step and staying beside me in whatever I did, ensuring the utmost safety. He also encouraged me to do simple rehab exercises to ensure that I am on recovery path. He was gentle and kind and understood his supporting role is important to my recovery and regain strength. I have no hesitation in recommending him to others who might be in need for a capable care giver, who is sensitive in recognizing the right needs of a recovering patient. Throughout, Emma Morgenstern was carefully following everyday details to ensure I was getting the right help.

This team is phenomenal. We were scrambling to find extra support for my Dad, and the moment we met Emily, we felt the exhale. The process to set up his care and team was efficient and seamless. Homewatch made it their mission to ensure my Dad was matched with the best caregiver suited to meet his unique needs. And when it wasn’t a good fit/his needs changed, they adjusted brilliantly and quickly. Having this team alongside us during a challenging time brought us peace of mind; a giant weight was lifted! Their care went above and beyond in countless ways, caring for my Dad while caring for us at the same time. Faithful, fast, attuned, nurturing, and supportive. Highly recommend!

Richard and Team have been so courteous and caring dealing with them on my transports . They treat you like family and always find the time to arrange for transportation . I wouldn’t be able to make my Dr appointments without them! Safe and sound always. Shout out to driver Kayla as well! They are definitely worth a try, you will be very happy with them!
The Homewatch Care Givers have been helping my 85 year old brother-in-law for almost 1 year and have been phenomenal. Because of them he has been able to be at home. I live almost 2,000 miles away, and he does not have any family nearby. They are compassionate and responsive people. We’ve grown especially fond of Julie. She’s been with us since the beginning. They have provided me with peace of mind in knowing they are taking good care of him.
HomeWatch CareGivers has been taking care of my parents for some time now. The caregivers that help my parents are really great. They show-up on time and take care of all my parents' needs We have three caregivers that share the schedule and all of them are friendly, helpful and kind people.. We had a lot of issues with a prior company, such as late arrivals and last minute cancelations which left me and other family members responsible for filling-in at the last minute. We were reluctant to make a change but we are very pleased that we did. HomeWatch CareGivers has been a huge improvement and I am happy to recommend them without reservation.
