10/5 stars. This team goes above and beyond. I honestly couldn't be happier with my entire experience with them. I felt bad having to make so many last minute changes but this team always said "we'll find a way" amd they always did. When we need home care services in the future, I know exactly who I'm calling. Thank you for making a trying time easier to navigate.
This is the first time we have needed help with our mom. I searched and searched until I got a message back from Lauryn from Hoover Homewatch and it has been a blessing. Being new at this and not knowing what we needed she has been there for us through all the crazy questions and changes. She meet us and mom at the rehab facility and we knew she was who we wanted helping with mom’s care. She listened to our needs and concerns and came up with a plan that fit. But being nervous on mom who is 94 going home alone I changed the plan at the last minute and she and Bob came up with another perfect schedule. When they say they can accommodate anyone they mean it. My needs changed again and they came forward with another plan. The 2 caregivers we have worked with have also been great and my mom loves them both. The company and employees are definitely 5 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️and more.
