Great caregivers and management. Homewatch is reliable, fills in special requests, makes a real effort to find the right caregiver for our parents and the managers even fill in if necessary. Highly recommended.
Homewatch CareGivers of Ann Arbor was a top-notch and responsive partner in my parents' interim phase between Independent and Assisted Living. They provided outstanding customer service; made prompt adjustments to schedule, tasks, and caregiving as needed; and handled all Long-Term Care billing seamlessly. Homewatch has been amazing to work with. Hayley is so helpful with the schedule and listens to all of your needs and does her best to always accomodate them. Jazmyne and Andrea my aunts caregivers are awesome, they are both so caring and love being with her, my aunt has given them nicknames which they like and we laugh about. I can't say enough good things about them. My aunt will be 100 in December and has bed bound for 2 years and they always put a smile on her face when they are there.
Everyone in the office is amazing and get things done quick!

While my brother was local to my dad handling day-in, day-out activities and interactions with Homewatch, I also had the pleasure of meeting some of the caregivers when in town. Over a 3+ year span, one caregiver Tina, seemed to go over and above not just with the usual daily care activities, but with her compassion and sincerity, something my dad recognized and appreciated. Angelique worked with us to find the right caregivers and worked with schedules and any last minute needs. She was always there when we needed her.
